If it's not on your calendar,
it doesn't happen.
Stop trying to fit a pro-athlete's routine into a 50-hour work week. Build a body that survives a Tuesday afternoon deadline and a skipped lunch - with a system engineered for busy professionals in their 30s and 40s.

The 3 PM crash
“Every day around this time my focus drops off a cliff. The second coffee doesn't fix it. The gym session I planned gets cancelled. I'm playing at 60% - and I know it.”
The line every busy professional says on the first call - almost verbatim
Up by 6 AM, checking email before your feet touch the floor.
Back-to-back meetings. Lunch eaten at a desk, or skipped entirely.
Home tired but wired. Tomorrow, you tell yourself. Tomorrow.
It isn't a character flaw. It was a system failure.
You did not get to senior leadership on willpower. You got there on systems - pipelines, dashboards, weekly cadences, calendars that protect the work.
Your body deserves the same treatment. I replace the "grind gene" you think you're missing with a science-backed mechanism that works on autopilot - the same way your best operating reviews do.

By month four, the programme runs in your life — not the other way around. You do not need me forever. That is the goal.

I do not run a hype gym. I run a calm one.
Before this, I was a carpenter. I have always worked with my hands — and somewhere along the way I realised I wanted to work with people the same way. Patiently, precisely, with the understanding that the thing you are building is going to be standing twenty years from now.
Clients expect a drill sergeant and get a coach who opens with “let's look at your data.” Most say it's the first time fitness has ever actually made sense to them.
Read the full storyI don't have time. I have tried this before and the schedule beats me every time.+
That is the brief, not the objection. The first two weeks of any programme I run are spent mapping your actual calendar — not a fantasy version of it. Most of my clients train three times a week in 45 minutes. The programme is built around that ceiling, not above it.
I have tried online coaching and felt like a number. How is this different?+
I cap my online roster on purpose. You will not get a templated PDF and a Monday motivation message. Check-ins are written, specific, and timed to the day in your week where the plan is most likely to fail. If a Tuesday is the breakpoint, that is where the coaching happens.
I don't know where to start and I am embarrassed about how far I have let things slide.+
Most of the clients on my roster started exactly there. The first conversation is a 30-minute call where you talk and I listen. You do not need to be ready. You need to be willing to find out what ready would look like.
One conversation.
No sales call.
Thirty minutes. You talk, I listen. If the work is a fit, we plan it. If it isn't, I will tell you who I would call instead. That is the entire offer.
